Avocado and Pumpkin seeds. : Serves 1 1/2 avocado, 2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds, Sea salt to taste. Sprinkle the avocado with the salt, then eat it with the pumpkin seeds. Oat Bread Recipe

500ml plain organic live yoghurt 2 x 500ml pots of organic gluten-free oats 1 tbsp of olive oil 1 tsp of bicarbonate soda plus a pinch of salt (pumpkin seeds/sultanas/chia seeds/flax seeds optional) Combine all ingredients together.  Bake in a moderate oven for 40/50 minutes.
