Oat Bread Recipe

500ml plain organic live yoghurt 2 x 500ml pots of organic gluten-free oats 1 tbsp of olive oil 1 tsp of bicarbonate soda plus a pinch of salt (pumpkin seeds/sultanas/chia seeds/flax seeds optional) Combine all ingredients together. ¬†Bake in a moderate oven for 40/50 minutes.
